www.mudah.my is one of Malaysian online sales, and it’s rival is www.lelong.com.my. Mudah if we referring to my dictionary the literal answer is; EASY. But is that easy enough???

I don’t know why mudah advertisement has been refusing my ads for many tries.  They were said that my ads are >> the ad you entered violates Mudah's rules. I had been tried to put my ads more than 10 times since 24 January 2009 until I get bored of refuse at 30 January 2008. I had some prove here, the attachment of my email which will show you the sequence of my ads.

They were say that this is the reason:

Ads that are inserted by companies, or multiple ads by individuals for
commercial purposes are not permitted on Mudah.my except in the following
categories: Properties, Vehicles, Jobs, Services and B2B. To create a fair
marketplace, other categories are currently restricted to individuals. If you
have questions or comments regarding the refused ad, please forward a copy of
this email along with your comments to This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it

So they were say also >>

Contact our customer service if you have any questions or if
you want to read our rules:
http://www.mudah.my/customer_service.htm

I will answer that since I was contact them but no answer…

I’m from company? >> NO

Multiple ads? >> How can it be multiple, since my ads cannot be published?

Totally, I’m not company, just selling out my phone… I don’t want to trade in since I can get better price rather than trade in the phone at Pertama Complex…  I have some argument of some other ads, which is the picture is just ‘copy and paste’ from other website, just not the real picture of actual condition, I give a better picture from my Nikon. Is that company enough if I taking a picture from DSLR?

I will show you some picture, and if somebody outside there were like to buy it, I preferred COD, which specific area around Wangsa Maju. My price is RM323 negotiate and my email is This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it

Interested just contact me…

May be you can bring the matter up to Mudah another 50% partner
written by Alvyn, May 01, 2009
Hey bro,
The fact that big boy always play unfair game and most of the time, that's nothing much the public can do about this.

Anyway, after I read about your case and some others as well (but I had forgotten where I found that), I did find the following:-
1. Mudah is controlled by 701Search Pte Ltd, a Singapore-based joint venture between Schibsted and Singapore Press Holdings Ltd.
2. Schibsted is a Scandinavian media group in Europe, which hold 50% in that JV. The office is in Unit A-19-5 North Point Offices, Mid Valley City, No.1 Jalan Syed Putra Utara, 59200 Kuala Lumpur.

May be you can contact the partner (General Manager) at This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it

checking roc, you will find that this company paid up is RM7 million.. so .. you can imagine how big they are.. thats why they can afford those big ads...without generating income.. I guess generally no local internet company can match them in terms of financial resources.. lelong or leshort or which every new site coming..is all only local chekai company..how to fight with Singapore norway(or sweden) company... so local how to compare to mudah ?
